How to Order
Scheduling a "How To" Charcuterie Workshop:
Public workshops are announced through our social media and email list. Please follow us on social media or email asking to be added to our email list for more public workshop information including dates, reservations, and tickets. The public workshop schedule is also on our website and tickets can be purchased below.
Privately scheduled workshops must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the date of service.
Private workshop tickets must be purchased for 6 or more participants to be booked & secured. Private workshops are held in a location that the customer provides and invites fellow participants to.
We will do our best to fill all private workshop requests, however, given that this is a small one-woman operation, we hold the right to decline a reservation if already booked or unavailable.
There will be a travel fee for private workshops booked outside of a 15 mile radius of Davidson, NC.
Placing Custom Orders:
We ask that you request custom orders 7 days prior to the date of service.
If you have an urgent need within the week, you can feel free to contact us to request an order and we will respond regarding if we will be able to fill the late order or not.
Orders requested within the week may be subject to a service charge for placing a late order. This fee is waived for bereavement situations and we also offer a bereavement discount.

Custom orders are available for pickup or delivery. There will be a delivery fee for orders 15 miles or more outside of Davidson, NC.
