Intro & Welcome
Hello and thank you for your interest in our services! I am Caitlyn Yesavage, owner and creator behind Mustard Seed Charcuterie, LLC.
I am a wife, mother, animal person, mental health clinician, and (of course) cheese-lover.. After learning the art of charcuterie from my best friend who owns a charcuterie business in Ohio, I became infatuated with gifting charcuterie to my friends and loved ones. Quickly many of those loved ones began encouraging me to start a business of my own. After much prayer and encouragement, I did just that. I am so excited and grateful to be here serving the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas of North Carolina!
Our Services & Location
Our services include Charcuterie "How To" Workshops and custom charcuterie orders.
Workshops can be scheduled via email or phone and can be flexibly organized to meet your needs. I can provide both private and public workshops.
Custom orders can be placed via email and include a consultation and quote prior to finalization of an order. Standard sizes and prices are on this website for standard non-custom orders.
We currently operate out of Davidson, NC.

Through time in prayer considering starting this business, I have been called to love my community in a Jesus-like way. This means INCLUSIVE food & entertainment services for ANY and ALL customers. The first miracle Jesus performed was turning water into wine at a wedding for the entertainment and consumption of his community. I strive to serve all in the Lake Norman and Charlotte area in the same way: enhancing the entertainment and food service of my community by filling hearts and bellies through the art of charcuterie.
